Article 39 is one of 40 organisations and children’s social care experts voicing its strong objections to changes proposed in the Children and Social Work Bill.
The Together for Children campaign site, launched today, explains the risks to children and young people of Clauses 29-33 of the Bill and lists organisations and individuals who have come out in opposition.
Article 39 has produced an information sheet for young people who may be affected by the Bill.
Our Director has also written an article about the Clauses, which reflects on her time as a children’s social worker and advocate for children in care.
